Our Store is committed to your satisfaction. Due to the personalized nature of many of our products (custom jerseys, engraved cups, personalized accessories), our return policy includes specific conditions.
Custom / Personalized Items
Customized products — including jerseys with player names/numbers, personalized cups, or any item with specific customer-provided designs — are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or with a printing error caused by Our Store. We carefully review each custom order, but if we make a mistake (wrong name, number, or design different from proof), please contact us within 7 days of delivery for a free replacement or refund.
Non-Custom Accessories (Standard items)
For non-personalized accessories (e.g., plain hats, stock keychains, standard water bottles without customization), we offer a 30-day return window from delivery date. To be eligible, items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs ($10 flat deducted from refund or paid by customer).
How to Initiate a Return
Contact us with your order number and photos (if defect). Approved returns receive a return address. Refunds will be processed within 14 business days after we receive the returned item(s).

Damaged / Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or does not match your specification, Our Store will cover all replacement costs and provide a prepaid shipping label. Please report any issues within 7 days of delivery.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
